Please note, that all orders are finalized at 10am after the order is submitted. If you need to make a quick change, you have until the up-coming 10am. If you changed your mind, and need to cancel your order, please call our toll-free number during regular business hours 1-800-494-7072 before 10am after you placed the order.
Everything what you see on our website is in stock as of the moment you see it. In some rare occasions, when we run out of stock of a certain item and are not able to replenish the stock, we will call our customers directly offering a replacement or a refund.
Please call us, specify the item and we will tell you whether we will be able to fulfill larger orders.
If you cannot find something on our website, this means the item was sold out and we removed it from the site.
There is no need to delete your account, as we do not charge for having an account with us. Call our toll-free number if you need more information about this.
You can manage your account, payment information, adresses and names in the Account view. Simply signin and click on Account Settings tab. Account view is a great resource, where you can see all your past orders, communication and adresses.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as payments.
Please double-triple check the billing address on your order. Our payment gateway will not let the payment go through, if the billing address doesn't match the one on your credit card. The same error message may show, when you've tried submitting an order too many times in a row, and the card gets blocked by our gateway to avoid accidental charges.
If you were trying to submit a payment and failed, but corrected an error and submitted your order, the credit card statement may temporarily show several identical charges. Those in fact are not charges, rather our gateway blocked out temporarily a required sum, so when the order goes through, it can settle the payment. All unsettled payments will disappear within a day. Those are not charges, so they will go away without extra work/steps/refunds.
Shipping within Canada is only $6 but FREE on all orders over $100. In some rare cases, when the shipping address is very remote, we reserve the right to call you and advise on higher shipping cost.
We need 1 business day to pick and pack your order, and 3-5 business days to ship with ground UPS.
We are sorry for this inconvenience. Please, always track your order with the tracking number we sent you once we've shipped the order. If you haven't received the tracking number, then please call us.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
We use UPS ground to ship anywhere in Canada, or our in-house shipping company within GTA.
Please submit refund/return request through the Account view any time of day. Or call our toll-free number during regular business hours and speak to an agent.
When the order has been picked, we will call you to come and pick it up from our warehouse.
It takes 1 business day to pack your order and dispatch it.
